About
About this instrument
Kanseitō is issued by Rika Fang, a Singapore-based builder whose single deep domain is applied agentic architecture — AI systems built to hold memory, provenance, and judgement under governance. This site is one such system, run in the open: a markets curriculum served from a governed memory spine, where the evidence grading, the dated records, and the visible audit trail are the working proof, not the marketing.
Markets are the literacy this instrument demonstrates; the economics of aesthetic assets — the point where cultural and financial value convert — is its serious second subject. The deep claim, though, is the architecture itself. The architecture pageshows its silhouette: capability in view, blueprints withheld.
The material is compiled, not blogged. A private research practice maintains the underlying knowledge base: claims graded by evidence, numbers kept in tables rather than prose, staleness treated as a signal. What appears here has passed through a one-way gate that strips anything operational and keeps anything teachable. The result reads calm because the process is calm.
What this site is not
It offers no investment advice, sells no products, manages no money, and makes no performance claims. There is deliberately no track record on display: the rigour on offer is method and governance, which can be inspected on every page — dates, sources, epistemic status, and the honest blank where knowledge ends.
Method, in one paragraph
Every page is a dated record with a stated epistemic status and named sources; frameworks are cited, personalities are not. Superseded pages are corrected visibly, never silently. The pipeline that publishes this site refuses to ship undated, unsourced, or predictive content — thearchitecture page shows the shape of that machine.

A small curated channel exists — the route. Institutional and research enquiries travel the same way.
